Return Policy

We want you to feel good about every order from My Maine Market, LLC. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Because we operate as a drop-shipping store, all returns are processed through our trusted partners.  However, for your convenience, our return policy is that you must submit a return request on our Returns page within five (5) consecutive days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

Return Eligibility

  • You must contact us within the specified days of receiving your product

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Certain personal care items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us via our Returns form with your order number, item, and reason for return

  2. We’ll contact our suppliers on your behalf and send you the next steps

  3. Once the item is received and verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Opened beauty products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items marked final sale

Refund Timing

​

Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the return is received and processed by the supplier.
